Forsman Tied for Third in Mississippi Classic
Dan Forsman shot a four under par 68 and is tied for third place after the first round of the Mississippi Gulf Resort Classic at the Fallen Oak golf course in Biloxi, Mississippi.
Jeff Sluman is the leader with a 66 and Tom Lehman is second with a 67. David Frost and Nick Price are tied with Forsman with 68s.
Jay Don Blake, Mike Reid, and Keith Clearwater are tied for 27th with opening rounds of 71.
Forsman and Blake are being inducted in the Utah Golf Hall of Fame on May ll1th. Mike Reid was inducted at the last induction ceremony in 2007.
