Blake Slips and Reid Rises at Allianze
BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) — Peter Senior shot a 67 to take a one-stroke lead after two rounds of the Allianz Championship on Saturday.
Senior was at 11-under 133 after a blustery day in South Florida at the Champions Tour event.
Jay Don Blake, the first round leader at 8-under par, lost a stroke to par in the second round and that dropped him into a tie for seventh.
Meanwhile, Utah’s Mike Reid leap-frogged over Blake and stands in fourth place with rounds of 67-69-136. Dan Forsman trails with rounds of 71-71-142 and is in 32nd place. Keith Clearwater is also in the field this week and had rounds of 77-74-151 and is near the bottom of the board.
