Today’s qualifier at Sky Mountain Golf Course in Hurricane, Utah, was marked by intense heat, with temperatures soaring to a high of 103°F. Despite the challenging conditions, the players demonstrated remarkable resilience and skill.
The champion of today’s event was Sterling Peterson, who delivered an outstanding performance with a score of 67, finishing at -5. Sterling attributed his success to fantastic and consistent putting on the greens, which played a crucial role in his victory. His precision and composure were evident as he navigated the course with skill and determination.
