Carl Jensen Grabs Medalist Honors at SA Qualifying at Hobble Creek

Carl Jensen, two-time State Am runnerup, won medalist honors at the State Am Qualifying at Hobble Creek Wednesday, carding a two-under par 69. The cut came at 77 and was the first qualifying of the year that didn’t have a playoff for the final qualifying spots.
 
Sons of two Utah Golf Hall of Famers qualified. Tom Forsman, son of Dan Forsman, shot one over par 72, and Daniel Reid, son of Mike Reid, shot 73.
