A total of four birdies and three bogeys allowed Blackham to rise above the rest and earn the victory. However, Rodrick was hot on his heels from beginning to end. George fired even-par 36 going and coming in to claim the second qualifying spot.

Altogether, twenty players advanced to the championship. Tyson Koehler and Jamie Childs managed to fill the final two spots after a sudden-death playoff against John West and Austin Anderson. Anderson earned first alternate and West claimed second alternate.
